Rules of User Reviews

We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible and for you to have as much information as possible when making decisions. Therefore, we now allow the addition of user reviews to products. We have created rules for them to ensure that the reviews are as relevant and valuable as possible. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us improve our services. We believe that your ratings and comments will help other customers in choosing a product. When writing reviews, please maintain polite and respectful behavior. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to your feedback!

1. Rules for Review Approval:

Make sure your review is relevant to the specific product.

Write specifically and honestly about your experience with the product.
Pay attention to grammatical errors and typos to ensure clarity in your review.
Do not copy reviews from other websites or e-shops.
Please note that during the review approval process, we also carefully assess whether the review is relevant and verified to be as helpful as possible for other customers.

2. Tips for Review Approval:

Include specific details such as size, material, color, and how the product met your expectations.
If you have product photos, add them to your review.
If you encountered an issue with the product, describe it in detail and explain how it was resolved.

3. Avoid the following:

Do not use vulgar language, racist, or discriminatory expressions.
Do not write fake reviews or base your reviews on unsubstantiated claims.
Do not include prices or comparisons with other stores, as they may change and are not relevant to your product experience.
Avoid spamming reviews – one review per product is sufficient.
Do not include links in reviews.

Each review is purely a subjective opinion of the customer, which we fully respect. We understand that each customer has diverse preferences and experiences with the product. We are happy to approve a review that meets our aforementioned rules, whether it is positive or negative. Your opinions are very valuable to us and help us constantly improve our services and product offerings. The above rules for user reviews contain only a basic list. Of course, any reviews that violate the laws of the Czech Republic are prohibited. We hope that these rules will help clarify the review writing process and ensure that your feedback is beneficial to other customers.
