DELIVERY

When we dispatch your order

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them on working days. During popular drops and sales promotions with a large number of orders, dispatch may take a few working days longer. In any event, we will deliver the goods no later than 30 days after you place your order.

As soon as we hand the parcel over to the carrier, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and a tracking link. If you cannot find it, please also check your spam folder.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days from dispatch. Express delivery (DHL Express, FedEx) usually takes 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. For countries outside the EU, customs clearance can extend the delivery time.

You will see the price and delivery conditions for the chosen shipping method at checkout before you place your order.

Free shipping

If your order reaches €110, shipping is free for the methods marked "free from €110". What counts is the price of the goods after all discounts, without the shipping price. Express delivery (DHL Express, FedEx) is never free, even if your order reaches this amount. There is no free shipping to Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Sweden or the other European countries listed above. The shipping conditions shown at checkout when you place your order are decisive.

Customs duties outside the EU

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Moldova, customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. We ship on DAP terms, which means you pay these charges, usually to the carrier when you receive the parcel. They are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping price. The same applies to parts of EU countries outside the EU customs or VAT area, for example the Åland Islands.

Several parcels in one order

Some goods, for example a yoga mat, may arrive in a separate parcel. You pay for shipping only once.

Receiving your parcel

When you receive the parcel, please check the packaging. If it is visibly damaged, have the carrier draw up a damage report, or refuse the parcel. Report any damage that you only discover after unpacking as soon as possible, preferably within 2 working days, through the portal https://exalted.com/eu/returns or to info@exalted.com, and attach photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the goods. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled. If something is missing from the parcel or you received different goods, let us know, preferably within 3 working days, and attach a photo of the contents of the parcel.

Uncollected parcel

We do not send uncollected parcels again. If you have not withdrawn from the contract beforehand, we will refund your money after deducting the cost of shipping the parcel to you and back. If you withdrew from the contract before receiving the parcel, we will refund your money under the rules for returns and deduct only the cost of returning the parcel. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

Shopping from another country?

The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy and the Netherlands have their own version of the store, and the USA and Canada have their own English store. If you enter an address in one of these countries at checkout, we will offer to switch you to the right version of the store, and your basket will be carried over.
