FAQ

How do I find my right size at Exalted?
Start with your usual size and let the fabric guide you. Our compression and seamless styles (like ShapeX™ and Aeris™) are designed to sit close and supportive, so size down only if you want a firmer hold. Relaxed pieces in COTURE™ and our terry fabrics wear true to size. Every product page lists the model's height and size, and our size chart maps measurements to fit. When you're between two, we recommend the larger for everyday comfort.
What do the fabric names and weights at Exalted mean?
Each Exalted fabric is named for how it performs, not just what it's made of. Lighter knits like GlowMotion™ are featherweight and breathable for warm-weather training, while heavier builds like our French Terry and COTURE™ blends bring structure and warmth. Weight (measured in gsm) tells you the density of the knit. Higher numbers mean more opacity, support and longevity. The fabric scales on each material page show you exactly where it lands on softness, stretch and support.
Are Exalted leggings squat-proof and fully opaque?
Yes, our performance leggings are engineered to stay opaque through every movement. Compression fabrics like ShapeX™ and our seamless knits are tested under stretch to ensure no see-through, even in a deep squat. For the most coverage, choose our higher-weight, shaping styles. Lighter everyday knits prioritise breathability while still holding their own. If a piece is meant for low-impact or lounge wear only, we say so on the product page.
How do I wash and care for my Exalted pieces?
To keep performance fabrics at their best, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with like colours. Skip fabric softener. It coats technical fibres and dulls their stretch and moisture-wicking. Always air dry. Heat from the dryer breaks down elastane over time. Treating your activewear gently is the single biggest thing you can do to protect the shape, colour and compression you paid for.
Why might the same fabric feel different across colours?
It's normal and not a defect. Different dyes and pigments absorb into yarn differently, so a deeper shade may feel slightly denser or have a touch more sheen than a pale one in the exact same style. We hold every colourway to the same standards for stretch, opacity and support, but small variations in hand-feel are part of working with real, high-performance textiles rather than uniform synthetics.
