EXALTED BLACK FRIDAY
Every 15th, 35th and 50th order earns a discount coupon.
Terms and Conditions of the EXALTED BLACK FRIDAY Promotion
8 October 2026 – 31 December 2026
1. Organiser of the promotion
The organiser of the promotion (hereinafter the “promotion”) is VEROC Brands Group a.s., company ID no. (IČO) 09939393, with its registered office at Na Poříčí 1047/26, 110 00 Praha 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 26107, which operates the EXALTED brand (hereinafter the “organiser”). The promotion takes place in the organiser’s online shop on the exalted.com domain in all of its language versions (hereinafter the “online shop”). The promotion does not apply to purchases in brick-and-mortar stores.
2. Duration and place of the promotion
The promotion runs from 8 October 2026, 8:00 to 31 December 2026, 23:59 (the time applicable in the Czech Republic) in the organiser’s online shop, but no later than until the promotion is terminated by the organiser under Art. 11. The promotion applies to orders delivered to any country.
3. Discounts and discount code
a) During the promotion, the organiser offers selected goods in the online shop at reduced prices. The range of discounted goods and the amount of the discounts may change during the promotion. The decisive price is the price shown for the goods at the moment the order is submitted.
b) When placing an order, the discount code BLACKFRIDAY, which provides a 30% discount, may be applied in the cart. The discount also applies to goods that are already discounted.
c) Only one discount code may be applied per order. The discount code may be combined with one coupon under Articles 4 to 9 or with one gift card. The value of the coupon or gift card is deducted first, and the discount from the discount code is then calculated on the remaining price. For the purposes of this rule, a coupon is not considered a discount code.
d) The discount cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been submitted, nor can it be paid out in cash.
4. Principle of coupon allocation
During the promotion, the organiser rewards selected orders with discount coupons (hereinafter “coupons”) according to a fixed sequence of paid orders. The allocation of a coupon is determined by the sequence number of the paid order within the promotion.
A coupon worth CZK 500 / EUR 20 / PLN 90 / DKK 150 / USD 25 is earned by every 15th paid order, a coupon worth CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50 by every 35th paid order, and a coupon worth CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100 by every 50th paid order, counted continuously from the start of the promotion across all days and all language versions of the online shop. The sequence is not reset during the promotion. Coupons are allocated until the number stated in Art. 5 is exhausted.
5. Types of coupons
| Coupon value | Number of coupons | Minimum order value for redemption |
|---|---|---|
| CZK 500 / EUR 20 / PLN 90 / DKK 150 / USD 25 | 1,803 | CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50 |
| CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50 | 580 | CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100 |
| CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100 | 150 | CZK 4,000 / EUR 160 / PLN 720 / DKK 1,200 / USD 200 |
Overview of minimum order values by currency:
- Coupon CZK 500 / EUR 20 / PLN 90 / DKK 150 / USD 25:
- CZK 1,000
- EUR 40
- PLN 180
- DKK 300
- USD 50
- Coupon CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50:

- Coupon CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100:
- CZK 4,000
- EUR 160
- PLN 720
- DKK 1,200
- USD 200
Both the coupon value and the minimum order value are fixed as set out in the table above. On redemption, the value in the currency in which the order is paid is used. The coupon states the values in CZK, EUR, PLN and USD; for orders paid in DKK, the values stated in the table above apply. The coupon may be redeemed in any language version of the online shop.
The number of coupons of each value is limited to the number stated in the table above. Once the coupons of a given value have been exhausted, orders falling on the corresponding coupon position no longer receive a coupon of that value, and the entitlement to a discount in that category lapses without compensation. Once all coupons have been exhausted, the entitlement to a coupon lapses for all subsequent orders, even if the promotion continues. The exhaustion of coupons does not give rise to an entitlement to a coupon of a different value or to any other compensation; this is without prejudice to the rule on the concurrence of coupon positions under Art. 6.
6. Coupon positions
A coupon worth CZK 500 / EUR 20 / PLN 90 / DKK 150 / USD 25 falls on the 15th, 30th, 45th and every subsequent fifteenth paid order. A coupon worth CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50 falls on the 35th, 70th, 105th and every subsequent thirty-fifth paid order. A coupon worth CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100 falls on the 50th, 100th, 150th and every subsequent fiftieth paid order.
No more than one coupon falls on any one order. If more than one coupon falls on the same order, the order receives only the coupon of the highest value that has not yet been exhausted, and the coupon of lower value is neither allocated nor transferred to another order. Example: the 105th order receives only a coupon worth CZK 1,000, the 150th order only a coupon worth CZK 2,000.
7. Paid order and determination of the sequence
For the purposes of the promotion, a paid order means an order placed in the online shop during the promotion period and paid for by online payment (by payment card or another payment method of the payment gateway) or by bank transfer. The decisive moment is the time at which the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway; in the case of a bank transfer, the moment at which the payment is credited to the organiser’s account. A payment credited after the end of the promotion is not counted in the sequence. An order paid by bank transfer that is not paid within 7 days of its creation is automatically cancelled and is not counted in the sequence.
The sequence of orders is determined by the time at which the payment is confirmed or credited. If the times are identical, the lower order number prevails. Orders paid by cash on delivery are not counted in the sequence and cannot earn a coupon.
The subsequent cancellation or return of an order does not change the sequence of the other orders.
Orders of an evidently contrived nature are not counted in the sequence, in particular repeated orders of negligible value placed by the same customer or orders purposely split in order to influence the sequence. The assessment rests with the organiser.
8. Delivery of coupons
A customer whose order fell on a coupon position will receive a coupon with a unique code enclosed with the shipment containing the order, provided that the coupons of the relevant value have not already been exhausted (Art. 5). The organiser does not replace a lost, stolen or damaged coupon and is not liable for the redemption of the code by another person.
The validity of the coupon is conditional on the continued existence of the order on the basis of which the coupon was obtained. In the event of cancellation of that order, failure to take delivery of the shipment, or return of the goods from that order in full, whether by withdrawal from the contract or under the extended return within 30 days of receipt, the entitlement to the coupon lapses and the allocated code will be deactivated. The coupon does not pass to another order. A complaint concerning defective goods, an exchange of goods for a different size or the return of only part of the goods from the order has no effect on the validity of the coupon.
The coupon is a benefit granted subject to a resolutory condition. If the order on the basis of which the coupon was obtained is cancelled, or the goods from it are returned in full, only after the coupon has been redeemed, the customer is obliged to repay to the organiser an amount corresponding to the discount applied. The organiser is entitled to set this amount off against the amount it refunds to the customer. The customer’s right to withdraw from the contract is not affected.
9. Conditions for redeeming coupons
Coupons may be redeemed in the organiser’s online shop in the form of a single-use discount code on a new order. Coupons cannot be redeemed in brick-and-mortar stores. Conditions for redemption:
a) Coupons may be redeemed in the period from 8 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 (inclusive). After this period expires, the entitlement to redeem the coupon lapses without compensation.
b) The minimum order values for redeeming a coupon are:
- coupon CZK 500 / EUR 20 / PLN 90 / DKK 150 / USD 25: CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50;
- coupon CZK 1,000 / EUR 40 / PLN 180 / DKK 300 / USD 50: CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100;
- coupon CZK 2,000 / EUR 80 / PLN 360 / DKK 600 / USD 100: CZK 4,000 / EUR 160 / PLN 720 / DKK 1,200 / USD 200.
The minimum order value is assessed as the value of the goods ordered after deduction of discounts, excluding the cost of delivery and before the coupon and any discount code are applied.
c) Only one coupon may be redeemed per order. The coupon is single-use; any unused value is neither refunded nor paid out in cash.
d) The coupon is transferable; it may be redeemed by the holder of the code. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
e) The coupon may be combined with one discount code (Article 3(c)). It cannot be combined with another coupon or with a gift card.
f) The coupon may also be redeemed on discounted goods. It cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift vouchers.
g) Where goods are returned from an order on which the coupon was redeemed, the amount actually paid is refunded and the value of the coupon is not restored. If, after part of the goods has been returned, the value of the goods kept falls below the minimum order value under point (b), the entitlement to the coupon discount lapses and the organiser is entitled to reduce the refunded amount by that discount.
10. Personal data protection
The organiser processes customers’ personal data to the extent necessary to carry out the promotion (name, e-mail, delivery address, order details) in accordance with the GDPR. The legal basis is the performance of these terms and conditions; consent to receiving commercial communications is not a condition of participation. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy in the organiser’s online shop.
11. Final provisions
The organiser reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time by notice in the online shop. The termination has no effect on orders paid before its announcement or on coupons that have already been allocated, and is not regarded as a change to the terms and conditions to the detriment of customers. The organiser may also shorten, suspend or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure or a technical fault that prevents the promotion from running properly. Any other change to the coupon rules (Art. 4 to 9) to the detriment of customers during the promotion is excluded.
The organiser is entitled not to allocate a coupon or to deactivate a code that was obtained or redeemed in breach of these terms and conditions or through evidently contrived or fraudulent conduct. In case of doubt as to whether the conditions of the promotion have been met, the organiser decides.
These terms and conditions are available in the organiser’s online shop in all language versions for the entire duration of the promotion. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version prevails; the amount of the discount under Art. 3(b) is governed by the language version of the online shop in which the order is placed. Matters not governed by these terms and conditions are governed by the general terms and conditions of the online shop.
The promotion is neither a lottery nor a game of chance within the meaning of the applicable legislation. The allocation of coupons is determined solely by the sequence of paid orders under these terms and conditions, not by chance.
